To qualify, the referred location must sign a vending service agreement with Smart Cookie Coolers and have at least one machine installed and operating for 30 days.
If the referrer is an employee or agent of the referred location, payment of the referral bonus is subject to written approval from the location’s owner or authorized management. In those cases, Smart Cookie Coolers may, at its discretion, issue the bonus directly to the business instead.
This policy explains how referral bonuses are earned and paid for introducing new vending locations to Smart Cookie Coolers. It is intended as a transparent marketing program and not as commercial bribery or an inducement for any person to act against the interests of their employer or principal.
The referral program is open to individuals and businesses who lawfully provide referrals in compliance with this policy.
Employees or agents of a referred location may participate only with the written consent of the location’s owner or authorized management. In appropriate cases, Smart Cookie Coolers may, at its discretion, pay the bonus directly to the business rather than to the individual referrer.
A “Qualifying Referral” means a new location that:
For each Qualifying Referral, Smart Cookie Coolers will pay a one-time referral bonus of $200 after the machine has been installed and operating for 30 consecutive days.
Referral bonuses for location owners will be paid to the business entity or otherwise handled as agreed in writing.
Referral bonuses for employees or agents of a referred location will be paid only if Smart Cookie Coolers receives written confirmation from the location’s owner or authorized management approving payment to that individual. If such approval is not provided, Smart Cookie Coolers may instead pay the bonus to the business.
Referrers must not misrepresent their relationship with Smart Cookie Coolers or conceal the existence of this program from the location owner.
Referrers who are employees or agents of a location must not use this program in a manner that conflicts with their employer’s interests or policies. Any such conduct is strictly prohibited and may implicate Nevada commercial bribery laws.
Smart Cookie Coolers may require referrers to sign a simple acknowledgment confirming compliance with applicable laws and this policy.
